Forum Planning Tool Kit
Listen
Welcome to our audio presentation on Alliance for Response, an initiative that builds bridges between the cultural heritage and emergency response communities. Alliance for Response begins with a day-long Forum, which often leads to new partnerships and innovative projects. Over the last five years, Alliance for Response Forums have taken place in 12 cities across the country.
On November 18, 2008, Heritage Preservation convened leaders of past and future Alliance for Response Forums at a Leadership Roundtable in Washington, DC. Participants exchanged strategies for planning Forums, involving first responders, and maintaining follow-up networks. This audio presentation is an edited version of the day’s proceedings.
