Alliance for Response Follow-up Meeting, April 28, 2010
On April 28 the Savannah Alliance for Response planning committee will be hosting a meeting to further explore the cultural heritage emergency network opportunities that came out of their December Forum. The meeting will be held at 10:00am at the Historic Savannah Foundation’s Kennedy Pharmacy Building, 323 E. Broughton Street, Savannah, GA. (Please park on the street, NOT in the lot adjacent to the building)
Topics to be discussed include:
- Whether the group will remain as one or split into two
- The organizational structure of the group or groups
- Revisions to the “Annual Survey Form”
The meeting is open to all.
Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) Annual Hurricane Conference, May 3, 2010
CEMA’s Annual Hurricane Conference will be held on May 3 and will serve as day one of the 2010 Georgia Emergency Management Summit and Training. The conference will follow the same format as in past years, and this year will include a session on cultural heritage.
