Heritage Preservation’s 2006 Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, November 15, at the Smithsonian American Art Museum. Dr. Anne-Imelda Radice, Director of the Institute of Museum and Library Services, will be the keynote speaker. Other confirmed speakers include James Reilly of the Image Permanence Institute and Jessica Irons of the National Humanities Alliance.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to see the Smithsonian’s new Donald W. Reynolds Center for American Art and Portraiture, which re-opened July 1 after a six-year renovation. Of special interest will be the Lunder Conservation Center and the Luce Foundation Center for American Art.

Mark your calendar and watch the Heritage Preservation home page for additional information later this summer on the meeting’s program and how to register.
