HERA met on Friday, May 20th, 2011 at the Georgia Archives for a discussion about the Incident Command System (ICS) and the Intergovernmental Preparedness of Essential Records (IPER) project.
Guest speakers included David Carmicheal, Director of the Georgia Archives, who covered ICS training for cultural institutions, the subject of his newest book; and Irene VanBavel, Program Officer for IPER, who reported on the nation-wide successes of this project.
