The upcoming 1997 NIC Annual Meeting on 20 - 21 October is designed to provide our membership with an all-important forum in which we work together to prepare a set of recommendations for the White House in response to the report recently issued by the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities.

Creative America: A Report to the President

The Annual Meeting Conference site this year is the Georgetown University Conference Center and Hotel. The NIC has reserved sleeping accommodations at a special discounted rate for members and others attending the Annual Meeting. Sleeping rooms at the NIC special rate of $124.00 will be released as of September 30th.
