According to the SOS! volunteer survey, the Camellia State is host to 318 outdoor sculptures. Almost a third (100) are in Birmingham, while the rest are scattered throughout the rest of the state. Important sculptures in Alabama include Booker T. Washington at the Tuskegee Institute and Helen Keller in Tuscumbia.
